Thank you, I appreciate it! Where do you think the main difficulties will be? I’m curious about your perspective.

I think there’s increasing demand, need to the product, CRM had excellent AI adoption, and some minor tailwinds.

Salesforce customers are delaying their purchase of more expensive software packages, likely waiting for AI developments before committing to long-term contracts.

Alternatively, if Salesforce successfully rolls out its AI services to its current customer base, it could open a new market. However, this might cannibalize its existing business, particularly the β€˜Sales’ and β€˜Service’ clouds. If AI significantly boosts productivity, fewer Salesforce packages might be needed.
